I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Sex Therapist practicing in Georgia. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University in 2008 and my Master’s degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in 2011.

I completed advanced training in sex therapy through the Sex Therapy Training Institute in South Florida and became certified in 2014. Over the past 15 years, I have dedicated my work to helping adults and couples navigate intimacy, desire, communication, and the complex emotional layers that shape our relationships.

Sexual concerns rarely exist in isolation. They are often intertwined with attachment, identity, stress, trauma, and the quiet narratives we carry about ourselves and our worth. My approach is grounded, direct, and compassionate. I create a space where conversations about sex and connection feel safe, thoughtful, and free from shame.

Whether we are working through desire discrepancies, rebuilding trust, strengthening emotional intimacy, or exploring sexual wellbeing, my goal is to help clients develop clarity, confidence, and deeper relational alignment.
